You can attend East West College either as a “Program”
student or an “Independent” student, depending on what works
best for you.
Program Students
Program Students agree to complete the 800-hour EWC
program within a limited time period and to fulfill all of the terms
in their Enrollment Agreement. For this, the college guarantees
a tuition rate that is currently $17.00 per clock hour or
$13,600.00 for the complete program.
Independent Student Tuition
Independent Students do not enroll in the 800-hour program,
but take any classes they wish according to their own schedule.
In exchange for this independence, they have to re-enroll each
term and pay the tuition rate in force at that time. An
Independent Student may eventually complete the entire
800-hour program, but will receive a Certificate of Completion
rather than a Diploma. Current tuition for Independent Students
is $18.50 per clock hour.
Application Fee
The fee for applying to East West College is $25. Your
application will remain active for one year after you submit it,
but you will be responsible for all financial, academic and other
policies in effect when you actually start classes.
Linen Fees
East West College provides professionally cleaned linens for
all its bodywork and clinic courses. The linen fee pays for this
service. If you use the EWC massage practice rooms for
out-of-class assignments, you will have to rent linens from the
college at your own expense.
Other Expenses
The total cost of textbooks, course materials, supplies, and a
massage table will be about $1500 for the 800-hour Program.
For your convenience, the EWC Bookstore stocks all of these
items. Other expenses such as room and board, transportation,
loan origination fees, required professional massage, etc. will
vary depending on your own needs. Also, fees and Independent
Student tuition may change at the beginning of any term.
